The Australian Financial Review (AFR) has recognised Claim Central Consolidated as the seventh most innovative company in financial services across the country, thanks to its Virtual Inspections as a Service (VIaaS) product.

The AFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies list recognises the most innovative organisations in the financial services industry in Australia and New Zealand, as judged by an expert panel chosen by the AFR and Inventium.

Claim Central Consolidated earned seventh place because of its VIaaS innovation, which digitally connects insurance assessors directly with policyholders to inspect and assess their claims through live video streaming and the LiveLogik collaboration platform.

VIaaS saves significant time and effort from on-site visits and helps insurers to ensure the safety of all stakeholders amid the COVID-19 pandemic by removing the need for physical attendance.

Meanwhile, LiveLogik has led to a 62% reduction in average assessment time. It has been used on more than 150,000 jobs worldwide in various industries, including insurance, property management, construction, engineering, and manufacturing.
