Two members of Gallagher’s Brisbane team have taken part in the recently held Wild Women on Top 2018 Sunshine Coast Coastrek to help raise funds toward eliminating avoidable blindness.

Assistant account executives Courtney Roberts and Holly Casagrande participated in the Sunshine Coast event, raising $507 and $566 respectively. The two were part of a team of eight who completed the 30km walk in six hours and 45 minutes and raised a total $2,211, contributing to the $682,000 raised so far by the event.

Founded in 2009 by Di Westaway, Wild Women on Top Coastrek team trekking challenge has so far raised more than $25m for the Fred Hollows Foundation, a not-for-profit development organisation which works in 25 countries to treat and prevent blindness.
