Gallagher Bassett’s Gentle Bear program has continued to bring comfort to those in need as it expands its mission into Western Australia.

Jodie Birleson, national performance and capability manager, and John McNamara, GB Australia CEO, visited Nulsen Disability Services, to deliver a package of Gentle Bears to its therapy team to be handed out to young children.

The organisation provides a range of support services for people with complex disabilities and their families.

“At GB, we value giving back to our community and helping those during a difficult time in their lives,” McNamara said. “Our Gentle Bear is a symbol of this, and we hope the bears will comfort those who receive it.”

GB’s Gentle Bear has been very busy this year, expanding into Queensland, touring the Northern Territory to support NT Police, Fire and Emergency Services, and even visiting the Jane Goodall Chimp Rehab Centre in South Africa.
