Three key executives will be joining Willis Towers Watson’s Australian business.

Kosta Savidakis will become head of workplace risk at WTW in late November, Paul Bradley will take up the role of Victoria and South Australia general manager for WTW’s corporate risk and broker offering on Oct. 21, and Adam Rhodes will commence as state general manager for Western Australia on Oct. 07.

Savidakis, current principal of workforce strategies at another international broker, will be based in WTW’s Sydney office, with a remit of further strengthening the company’s people offerings. He also spent time at CGU, where his last role was national client services head of workers’ compensation.

Bradley will join WTW’s Melbourne office, bringing with him significant experience working for major international brokers. He has held senior leadership roles in other major broking businesses in Australia.

Rhodes joins WTW from Origin Insurance Brokers, where he was managing director. He has also held senior leadership roles with other international brokers. He commenced his working career with Minter Ellison as an insurance litigation solicitor, before moving into the broking industry.

“We are delighted to attract people of this calibre to Willis Towers Watson; their local and regional market knowledge and depth of industry relationships will add significant value to our clients and complement our existing teams,” said Simon Weaver, head of Australasia.
