Global loss adjusting company McLarens has launched its McLarens Platinum Circle to recognise its people for their commitment, dedication, and contribution to the organisation, with one Australia-based staff member among the deserving winners.

In its inaugural year, the global employee recognition program will award a select group of highly deserving individuals with a coveted, all-expense paid trip to Dubai, United Arab Emirates later this year – with a guest of their choice.

Brisbane-based Anna Stuart, loss liability adjuster, was among the 27 employees who scooped the award.

Other winners included Anthony Allogia (Miami, FL), Antonio Freitas (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), Cheryl Yett (Seattle, WA), Chris Collier (Philadelphia, PA), Debbi Crosti (London, UK), Diego Torales (Miami, FL), Emily Lam (Hong Kong), Gary Clift (London, UK), Ho Shen Yuan (Singapore), Iliana Cueto (Miami, FL), Jennifer Henson (Oklahoma City, OK), John Nettles (Miami, FL), Karl Evans (London, UK), Kristy Hauger (Central – Dallas, TX), Lavinia Cabre (London, UK), Mahesh Ganesan (London, UK), Mark Farrant (Manchester, UK), Natalie Xu (Shanghai, China), Natee Thongpakdee (Jack) (Bangkok, Thailand), Nicola Malone (Belfast, Ireland), Paola Sanchez (Panama City, Panama), Paul Durham (Nottingham, UK), Robyn vom Saal (San Francisco, CA), Scott Liles (Houston, TX), Tan Soon Keat (Singapore), and Toby Knight (London, UK).

The winners were nominated by their manager and peers and evaluated by a board of senior leadership personnel, based on their exceptional on-the-job results, extraordinary leadership, and for exemplifying company values of excellence, teamwork, respect, knowledge, and thought leadership in their respective roles.
