McLarens has expanded its Australian footprint with the opening of its new Byron Bay office, with Matt Coles (pictured above), a chartered loss adjuster with more than 20 years’ experience, servicing the region, which includes the Gold Coast.
With its new Northern NSW location, the global independent insurance services provider now has five strategically located offices in the country, including in Brisbane, Melbourne, Newcastle, and Sydney, and an Australian team which includes a network of more than 35 qualified adjusters. Additionally, McLarens aviation division has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane with dedicated aviation surveyors on staff.
“Our presence in Australia continues to grow and we are delighted to appoint Matt to cover this important region of our business,” said Martyn Wicht, McLarens regional director for Australasia.
“Given his decades of experience in the Sydney and Northern markets, and his expertise in corporate and commercial claims together with other specialist classes, he brings significant knowledge and understanding of the industry, which will be beneficial to our clients.”
