RACQ has appointed Tracy Green as general manager for product and pricing within its insurance business to replace Luke Saxby, who moves into the newly-created role of general manager for insurance distribution after the firm's restructure.

Green brings more than 25 years of insurance experience to her new role, where her main responsibilities are to manage the underwriting and pricing of existing product portfolios, oversee new insurance initiatives and new product development, and to support RACQ's partner engagement model.

“RACQ is currently undergoing extensive new product development and diversification, and Tracy is the perfect person to lead our product and pricing team during one of the busiest times we’ve experienced in the organisation’s 112-year history,” RACQ Insurance CEO John Myler said. “Tracy’s leadership abilities, coaching and mentoring skills will be invaluable in her new role and we look forward to her joining us at RACQ.”

Green said she was thrilled to join one of Queensland's leading insurance companies and largest mutual organisation at such an exciting time of growth.

“My experience and values fit perfectly with RACQ’s – and being able to return to my home state to further my career is an added bonus,” she said.
