TAL’s InsuranceLine brand has won the Risk & Life Insurer of the Year at the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.

Now in its ninth year, the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards celebrates the engagement, loyalty, advocacy, and trust levels of customers for a wide range of businesses across Australia, and are based on Roy Morgan’s Consumer Single Source Survey of approximately 50,000 Australians.

“I am very proud of the work that Insuranceline has done over the past year,” said Tim Thorne, TAL chief commercial officer of individual life. “We have continued to focus on customer needs to help enhance customer experience and outcomes and this award highlights that our commitment has been recognised by our customers. The business places a strong focus on customer needs and knowing that a large number of real Insuranceline customers were surveyed to arrive at this result validates the work and dedication the team has towards satisfying our customers.”
