Insurance Business has released its Global 5-Star Technology and Software Providers 2026 special report, identifying 28 insurance technology companies recognized for their performance across usability, innovation, and operational impact.
The recognition process involved a 15-week research program combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Researchers conducted one-on-one interviews with insurance brokers and distributed large-scale surveys across Insurance Business’s global network, collecting data on usability, performance, innovation, and real-world value.
Technology providers also submitted nominations detailing how their solutions support digital transformation through automation, data intelligence, customer experience, or operational efficiency. All submissions and survey data were then analyzed to determine which platforms delivered the strongest measurable outcomes.
A total of 28 insurtech providers received 5-Star Insurance Technology Provider recognition for 2026.
