Independent Australian insurtech, iaAnyware, has launched two new web-based insurance broking solutions – iAdviser and iBroker.

Denise Hughes, iaAnywhere managing director, said the company re-developed its boutique software in consultation with some of Australia’s most experienced insurance brokers to respond to the changing needs of the insurance market and provide brokers with the flexibility they need.

The new software has already been adopted by the 230 practice network of Insurance Advisernet, servicing over 86,000 clients and 180,000 policies across Australia and New Zealand, and the initial feedback from brokers has been outstanding, Hughes said.

The new iaAnyware software is a fully-integrated solution that utilises APIs and AI to offer brokers complete control and effortless access. It includes a number of functions that are critical for running a professional and efficient insurance practice, including prospect and sales management, quote and full life cycle policy processing, document management, and claims management.

“The licence holder has peace of mind and control from a compliance point of view,” Hughes said. “While brokers, advisers, and their clients, have easy 24/7 web access to a dynamic client management system with connectivity to a panel of insurer partners.”
