Aon has announced the appointment of Emma Carpenter as its global super yacht leader. Carpenter will join the company in March and will drive the development of the company’s super yacht insurance broking business globally. She will be based in London.

Carpenter has 17 years of experience in the marine sector. She joins Aon from Willis Towers Watson, where she spent more than a decade as a super yacht insurance broker. She has also held positions at Ed (formerly Cooper Gay) and British Marine.
