RACT has nabbed the top spot for customer satisfaction within the general insurance industry for the third consecutive year, a Melbourne-based market research company has reported.
According to the Roy Morgan General Insurance Satisfaction report, RACT secured a 93.5% satisfaction rating, followed by Defence Service Homes Insurance, at 91.1%, and AMP, at 90.8%.
The report also revealed that 79.2% of Australians were satisfied with their general insurer in Feb. 2018 – a 0.4% drop from the same time last year at 79.6%.
