Elise Pedersen, who most recently was senior portfolio manager at Allianz Australia, is joining Arteva Funding on July 3 as chief commercial officer.

“Elise is a dynamic, talented, and well-respected leader with a strong track record of delivering commercial growth. Her exceptional strategic capabilities and proven operational effectiveness will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”
The incoming chief commercial officer is replacing Bob Dodd, who will take on the role of commercial director to focus on the premium funding firm’s next stage of expansion and development.
“Arteva’s culture, customer centricity, and strong industry reputation set a high bar,” commented Pedersen, who brings more than two decades of financial services experience and will lead the company’s national sales team.

Prior to Pederson’s appointment, Arteva recently brought on board two business development managers and a new head of people and culture.
