Allianz Worldwide Partners (AWP) has formally welcomed to its organisation the Allianz Global Assistance Australian arm.

AWP has combined three household brands – Allianz Global Automotive, Allianz Global Assistance, and Allianz Worldwide Care – under one global entity.

This fusion will allow the Allianz Group member to achieve a wider network, become the ‘House of Partner Experience,’ and tap into global technology systems to predict trends before they hit the Australian market, the B2B2C business said in a statement.

AWP CEO Craig Dalzell commented on AWP’s new direction.

“By uniting three of Allianz’s leading subsidiaries under one organisation, Allianz Worldwide Partners (AWP) will streamline the capabilities of the business and provide us with opportunities to invest in global and customer-centric services to deliver a stronger partner focus moving forward,” he said.

Dalzell said AWP helped over 40 million Australian customers globally last year.
