Personal injury claims management services EML has announced the latest upgrade to its free online portal to allow users easy access and navigation around the portal.

The upgraded EMpower site will be launched on May 28, and will feature a new look and menu bar, as well as a single log-in for all policies under users' registered email address, including multiple policies in NSW and Victoria.

The change means users will be able to access all their claims in one place, as well as upload any claims-related documentation, or access member benefits tools like EMlearning and Emsafe.

The EMpower site will be shut down from May 26 to 27.
