Speciality lines insurer HDI Global SE – Australia has announced the appointment of Ashley Barrett (pictured) as liability manager, Queensland.
Barrett will be based in HDI’s Brisbane office and will report to Andrew Cochrane, liability underwriting manager, Northern region.
Barrett has over 14 years of industry experience across various markets and brings with him a broad range of knowledge that HDI said will complement its strategy for growth within the mid-market and corporate sectors in Queensland.
Prior to joining HDI, Barrett served as senior underwriter – liability at Zurich Financial Services Australia.
