Honey Insurance (Honey) has appointed Galia Durbach as its chief revenue officer (CRO).

Durbach has financial services experience across insurance, banking, and consulting. Before joining Honey, she was a senior executive at Hollard Insurance (Hollard) for more than 10 years, most recently as the chief integration officer (CIO), having led the company’s integration of CBA’s general insurance business.

Durbach also held several executive roles across Hollard, including being responsible for personal lines distribution, product and underwriting, operations, and Hollard governance.

CRO’s responsibilities

As the CRO, Durbach will be responsible for bringing innovative insurance solutions to customers.

Rich Joffe, CEO and founder of Honey, welcomed Durbach to the senior leadership team.

“At Honey, we pride ourselves on hiring the best of the best in the market, and today, we are excited that by welcoming Galia to our family, we have once again achieved exactly that. Galia’s impressive background and experience make her an exceptional addition to our team. We are confident that her unique perspective and expertise will bring a fresh and innovative approach to Honey to take us to the next phase of growth,” Joffe said.
