Peiris will remain on the board as a director.
Peiris moved into the acting president role earlier this year when Colin Fagen, formerly group chief operations officer at QBE
, stood down following his departure from the major insurer.
“Anthony and Richard represent companies with diversified insurance portfolios and different business models – a long-established major insurer and a rapidly growing challenger brand,” Rob Whelan, ICA CEO said.
Day and Enthoven have been appointed for a term of two years.
