Insurance Business is looking into Australia’s insurers from the broker perspective for the annual Brokers on Insurers survey. It asks brokers how insurers did over the past year, focusing on 11 key areas including BDM support, turnaround times, commission structure and more.

Survey insights will be used to shape the insurance landscape over the coming year and allow major players in the insurance market to benchmark their performance and identify areas of improvement.

Brokers are encouraged to share their feedback and rate the insurers they regularly work with through this online survey form. As an added incentive, all respondents have a chance to win a pair of Apple AirPods.

The Brokers on Insurers 2021 report will be published in issue 10.03 of Insurance Business magazine, and online.
