Insurance leaders named finalists at the 2019 Women in Finance Awards

Four insurance leaders have been selected as finalists at the 2019 Women in Finance Awards.

Now in its third year, the awards, which recognises the outstanding women shaping and influencing the financial services industry, have shortlisted 232 finalists across 26 categories.

Stacey Williams, Gallagher Bassett’s chief client officer, and Bernadette Wood, business development manager at Allianz, were named finalists for Business Development Professional of the Year award.

Clare Vale, senior marketing manager for financial institutions and dealer marketing at Allianz, was selected as finalist for the Marketing Professional of the Year, while Ann Pearson, who leads Clearview’s wealth business, was named finalist for the Mentor of the Year award.

Meanwhile, AIA Australia and TAL were among the six finalists competing for Employer of the Year, and OnePath was shortlisted for the Training and Development Program of the Year award.

Winners will be announced at a gala event at The Star Event Centre on August 01.
