LTM Risk Partners has launched a program which allows staff to work with brokers abroad.

The annual LTM Academy Global Exchange Program gives staff, who have been working at the company for at least two years, the opportunity to work with the intermediary’s broking partners for two weeks.

The company has a range of international partners secured as possible host brokers. Destination countries include Canada, Peru , Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation and Ukraine.

Staff will be able to broaden their cultural experience and enhance their knowledge of the global insurance industry.

It is a reciprocal scheme with a staff member from a host broker coming to Perth to work and live with LTM for the duration of the exchange program.

LTM staff eligible for the program must submit a short essay outlining why they believe they are a good candidate for the scheme, what they hope to get from the experience and how this will benefit their career, both in the short and long-term. Directors of LTM and creators of the LTM Academy Global Exchange Program Darryl Morris and Rod Tancred will select a staff member to participate in the first exchange program to commence in late 2013.
