QBE Group has expanded its relationship with The Core Agency, appointing the Sydney-based independent as the lead creative agency for its Elders Insurance brand.

From handling QBE International's creative work since 2013 and winning the pitch for the global company's direct insurance account a year later, The Core Agency will now also manage strategy and creative duties for Elders Insurance, developing multi-channel brand and retail campaigns to further its growth.

“Elders Insurance is a highly successful business that has always put its customers first,” said Bettina Pidcock, chief customer officer at QBE Group, in a B&T Magazine report. “We have big plans to grow the brand in Australia and are excited to be working with Core to achieve this.”

Jane Callister, managing director at The Core Agency, said they were also pleased to expand their longstanding partnership with QBE Group.

“The brand has an enviable relationship with its customers and we’re looking forward to telling that story to a broader audience,” Callister said.
