An Australian life insurance specialist has launched a new digital platform to better support its adviser partners in their interactions with customers.

The TAL Adviser Centre enables TAL’s adviser partners to create quotes, submit applications, and manage their customers’ insurance policies “through faster, easier online processes,” said Niall McConville, TAL’s general manager of retail distribution.

“The new TAL Adviser Centre gives advisers more flexibility and efficiency by providing real-time updates on their customers’ applications and underwriting status, a new reporting dashboard to track business metrics, events and client interactions, and multiple customer-quoting capability,” McConville said. “Advisers will also be able to access the TAL Risk Academy education portal and order key forms and documents for their customers.”

TAL said all existing adviser records and login details have been automatically transitioned from the previous platform to the new TAL Adviser Centre.
