TAS, a technology provider to insurance companies, has announced several appointments to its executive and technology teams.

Joining the firm’s technology team were Stuart Torrens as network architect – product lead; Karpreet Singh as security architect; and Tristan Quick as service architect. Stephen Bebb and Susanne Pringle were also recently appointed as chief technology officer (CTO) and marketing director respectively.

As network architect, Torrens – an expert in network engineering, Cisco Technologies and routing –  will oversee network architecture for network products such as SDWAN (e-WAN), WIFI, and Office Relocation.

Singh brings his extensive experience in IT service management roles to his new role as security architect, to manage the TAS Security Product Line and oversee security architecture design and implementation for TAS.

Meanwhile, newly-appointed service architect Quick brings to TAS a strong background in IT integration, change management, and incident recovery, and is to take charge of the design of internal service, processes, and service design for customers.

“Each one of them brings unique skills and expertise to the team and will add significant value to TAS,” said TAS CEO Shane Baker. “In 2018, we will work together to build the foundations of new network offerings and enhanced operational efficiencies for our clients.”

Meanwhile, Bebb, in his newly-created role as CTO, will oversee technology, architecture, and product development for TAS, aided by his wealth of experience working for many large corporate and government entities.

Last but not least, new marketing director Pringle comes on board with her extensive enterprise software marketing experience.
