Assetinsure was delighted to welcome Catherine Dubé and Cathy Bellenger to its board in the second half of 2021 as non-executive directors.

Dubé brings over 25 years of experience in financial services to Assetinsure. From 2012 to 2019, she was chief risk officer at AIG, where she developed and executed their risk management strategy for the Australasian region.

Dubé is currently a non-executive director of Guild Group, Guild Insurance, and Challenger Retirement and Investment Services Ltd, and chairs their respective audit committees.

She is also a fellow of the Actuaries Institute, a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Bellenger has more than 25 years’ experience in brand-building. She has consulted with and advised corporations and government and led significant programs of brand repositioning, transformation, and remediation.

Bellenger serves on the advisory boards for Women in Media and information management software EncompaaS, and brings a proven record in delivering business growth and sustainability to Assetinsure’s board.
