Zurich Insurance has upgraded its online self-service portal, My Zurich, following customer feedback.

The enhancements are designed to provide customers with quick and easy, self-service access to all their Zurich life insurance, superannuation, and investment information, whenever and wherever they want.

The upgraded portal allows customers to locate, review, and update contact information, preferences, and payment details, as well as access historical statements in seconds from the new dashboard.

It also enables instant payment processing, so customers can catch up on any overdue premiums, and it even has 24/7 online claims tracking functionality.

The Zurich portal includes online guided walkthroughs to help customers easily navigate and get started.
