CHU claims industry-first integration to bolster claims management

Strata insurance specialist CHU has teamed up with insurtech ENData to bolster the claims management process.

Claimed by CHU as an industry-first integration, the partnership will see CHU integrate its StrataTech platform with ENData, a platform used by assessors, builders, and repairers to manage and automate strata property end-to-end claims processing. It aims to help brokers and strata managers manage claims for their clients.

The integration will enable CHU to streamline the claims management process, reduce costs, lighten workload, and allow real-time visibility on claims repairs – creating a seamless link between stakeholders in the claims process. It will also provide brokers and strata managers with critical and real-time updates, resulting in efficient claims resolution.

Key benefits of the integration

CHU expects the integration with StrataTech to result in:

  • transparency as the integration will provide brokers and strata managers with unprecedented visibility into the progress of claims
  • streamlined workflows
  • improved service and customer experience
  • data-driven insights

“This innovation represents a significant leap forward in our commitment to providing industry-leading strata insurance solutions. We are empowering brokers and strata managers with the real-time information they need to navigate the claims process and provide greater ease and efficiency, resulting in a better experience for their clients,” said CHU CEO Kimberley Jonsson.

The integration follows CHU's partnership with an IT services provider to bolster its company-wide video collaboration capabilities.
