Insurance technology firm BAIS Insurance’s (BAIS) development team had a bit of fun to cheer things up in the face of the COVID-19 lockdown, holding a competition to showcase the team members’ IT and insurance experience.

The BAIS development team members sent in photos and videos depicting their respective years of experience.

To make the competition more fun, the BAIS support team challenged the development team to showcase their level of expertise.

BAIS CEO David Hampton commented that the firm’s employees felt a bit stuck with the ongoing lockdown, so they wanted to do something fun while showcasing their wealth of knowledge and experience in IT and insurance.

“It’s a combination of talents that is uncommon in our industry,” Hampton added. “To add a bit of flavour, we offered each team an air fryer, one of the most purchased lockdown products, for the most creative entry!”

The winners were BAIS’ resident skier, Murray Oakley, and Debbie Telford, the support team’s own recycled paper bag artist.
