Process automation firm Cincom Systems and software solutions provider Sapiens International Corporation (Sapiens) have teamed up to boost customer communications in the insurance industry.
The partnership will see the integration of Cincom Eloquence into the Sapiens CoreSuite to deliver communications throughout the policyholder lifecycle. The platform's suite of APIs and exit facilities will provides a streamlined approach to integrations, the companies said.
Amanda Ingram, proposition and ecosystem manager at Sapiens, said that the collaboration will streamline the insurance process for customers.
