The award recognises insurance workplaces that demonstrate excellence in several key metrics such as diversity, health and wellbeing, communication, and access to technology.
According to Craig Furness (pictured), GB New Zealand managing director, the recognition was “invaluable” for the company, and it validated the firm’s culture and values.
“The past six months have presented many unique challenges and I am proud of our team for how they have worked together to maintain a great workplace culture and deliver for our clients,” he said.
“At GB we believe our people are our strength, and to be recognised and acknowledged among such a prestigious group really illuminates our ongoing commitment to our living values.”
GB New Zealand has offices in Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, Napier, Wellington and Australia, and employs more than 900 claims management professionals.
