A global claims services provider has announced the opening of a new division for its Australian and New Zealand businesses.
Gallagher Bassett (GB) has rolled out a new life and disability division based in its Sydney and Auckland offices, under the leadership of Shayne Milsom, executive director of life and disability products for Australia and New Zealand.
The new team is already set up and providing claims management services to the industry using its personal injury claims management model.
“The life industry is evolving and we are very clear that we need to be at the forefront of the change ongoing,” said Milsom.
“We endeavour to be our customers’ trusted business partner and we are confident that with the team of experienced individuals we have, this will be an amazing success.”
