With less than a month to go to Insurance Business’s inaugural Women in Insurance Summit in Auckland, there are very limited seats left.
However, last minute bookings are still available.
Over 120 insurance professionals are confirmed to attend the summit, which will feature women who have made it to the top of the industry such as Melissa Cantell, COO of IAG; Jo Mason, CEO of NZ Brokers; and Sarah O’Connell, General Manager of Gallagher Bassett NZ; all of whom will provide practical insights and tips on how to become leaders in the insurance sector.
Delegates will learn about how to smash the glass ceiling, overcome unconscious bias and become a resilient leader. In addition, they will get to explore whether diversity quotas work, how to improve gender pay outcomes and how to incorporate flexible work practices in their organisations.
