Why insurance?
Starting out as a young commercial litigator, the insurance claims were far more interesting than corporate disputes, so I made the easy decision to specialise in insurance.

How would you change the industry?
Encourage young women to choose insurance as a career.

Best advice you’ve ever been given?
You are defined by your choices, not your abilities.

What’s the strangest case you’ve ever worked on/been involved with?
Putting a caveat on a marriage licence.

If you were prime minister for one day, what would you do?
Ensure every child has a warm, dry home.

What’s been the highlight of your career?
Joining BHSI – of course!

What’s your favourite style of coffee?
Trim flat white.

Union, league, soccer or other?
Tennis.
