Rothbury Insurance Brokers, in partnership with Clearhead, has announced an employee assistance program that offers comprehensive and proactive mental health support for its employees.

The partnership with Clearhead will give Rothbury employees access to unlimited therapy sessions as well as hundreds of helpful, interactive resources that teach them how to be more resilient in the face of life’s difficulties.

In a news post on LinkedIn, Rothbury said that this new partnership aligned with the brokerage’s focus on wellbeing and commitment to its employees, as well as continuing its mission to create a culture where they feel that they truly belong.

Established in 2018, Clearhead was founded by medical doctor Angela Lim and software engineer Michael Connolly. It touts itself as an employee assistance program provider that makes personalised mental health and wellbeing support accessible for everyone.

Earlier this month, Rothbury named Nathan Barret as its new executive general manager for IT operations and commercial services.
