At only 21 years old, claims broker Charlie Fairs has shown a flair for innovation, developing new online claim forms for ICIB and helping to develop more efficient internal claims processes. He’s got his eyes fixed firmly on the future, currently completing Level 2 General Insurance qualifications through ANZII. His long-term goal is to move into a broking role.
