Direct Commercial is set to launch a series of regional claims clinics, marking a significant step in its ongoing efforts to enhance engagement with brokers.

The initiative, focusing on commercial motor claims, is part of Direct Commercial’s strategy to strengthen its relationships with brokers and claims handlers across the country.

The first of these Direct Commercial Claims Clinics is scheduled to take place in Manchester on February 7 and 8, 2024. Brokers affiliated with Direct Commercial Ltd (DCL) and claims handlers are invited to attend and engage in face-to-face sessions with senior members of the DCL claims team.

These clinics, spearheaded by Carl Cripps, the claims director at DCL, are the latest in a series of initiatives by the MGA. They follow the recent introduction of Direct Commercial’s new portal, designed to enhance services for brokers. The clinics aim to provide brokers and claims handlers with direct access to DCL's expertise and insights into commercial motor claims.

“Direct Commercial is unwavering in its commitment to enhancing broker interactions and consistently improving access to vital information. Face-to-face communication is a crucial component of this effort and we look forward to good quality conversations with our existing brokers and claims handlers,” Cripps said.

By hosting these clinics in various regional locations throughout 2024, Direct Commercial aims to make its team more accessible to brokers and claims handlers nationwide. These sessions are seen as an opportunity to provide valuable resources and support to professionals in the field, reinforcing Direct Commercial’s commitment to fostering strong, collaborative relationships with its broker network.
