Trade credit insurance specialist Atradius has bolstered its ranks once again.

Having recently appointed Stuart Ramsden as regional director, the company has now added James Burgess as head of UK commercial.

Having been with the firm since February 2014, he will now join the UK & Ireland commercial management team, under Ramsden’s watch, assuming responsibility for the account teams and sales across both the SME and corporate segments. He is set to be based in the city of London office.

“James brings experience and a wealth of knowledge to this role, and I am confident that with his leadership our commercial teams will continue to deliver the very best solutions for our customers,” said Ramsden. “James’ past performance speaks for itself and assures a bright future for Atradius in the UK.”   

Burgess has been in the trade credit insurance industry for close to 20 years and has worked in commercial roles throughout that time. He previously led the London and South East commercial team.
