BGL names Junction corporate partnerships director

BGL Group has appointed Andrew Taylor as corporate partnerships director at Junction, BGL’s partnerships business which provides motor and home insurance.

Taylor was combined insurance chief operating officer at insurer ACE and also served as head of corporate partnerships at Lloyds Banking Group subsidiary St Andrew’s Group plc.

The new Junction director will focus primarily on the strategic development and effective management of existing partnerships. Junction’s corporate partnerships team currently works with 14 external partner brands.

Taylor commented: “I’m pleased to be joining BGL at such an exciting time, and look forward to helping Junction and its partners to unlock the full potential of their ongoing relationships, as well as contributing to the future success of the business as it grows and attracts even more partners.”

Welcoming Taylor, Junction managing director Ali Crossley said his extensive partnerships experience and strategic expertise will be invaluable.

Junction has 2.4 million insurance customers through brands including O2, SunLife, Lloyds Bank, and the Post Office.
