Insurance Business has revealed the top insurance companies to work for in the UK.
These distinguished firms set themselves apart by fostering environments conducive to employee growth and by attracting top talent.
The selection process involved a meticulous methodology. Insurance Business UK (IBUK) initially invited organisations to complete an employer form, detailing their various offerings and practices.
Subsequently, employees from nominated companies were invited to anonymously evaluate their workplace across several criteria, including:
For inclusion in the list, each organisation had to meet a minimum threshold of employee responses based on its overall size. Those companies garnering an 80% or higher average satisfaction rating from their employees were recognised as this year’s Top Insurance Employers.
