Marsh Risk, Insurwave, Keoghs and MDS have made recent moves with their leadership as they position around supply chain disruption, fraud and data-driven risk management.

Marsh Risk names global supply chain practice leader

Marsh Risk, a business of Marsh, announced that James Crask (pictured, left) has been appointed to the newly created role of global supply chain practice leader. In this role, Crask will be responsible for delivering the insights, advice and solutions that clients need to build resilience in their global supply chains.

Based in London, Crask has more than 20 years of experience in providing risk management, resilience and strategic advisory services across public and private sectors. He joined Marsh Risk in 2018 and has served in various business resilience leadership roles before being named global head of multinational clients, risk consulting, in 2024.

"Organisations today face an unprecedented supply chain environment," Crask said. "Geoeconomic confrontation, evolving tariff policies, and regulatory changes make it more difficult than ever to manage and mitigate risks effectively. The Marsh team has the capability to provide clients with the insights and solutions they need to grow in these challenging times."

Insurwave appoints chief delivery officer to support scaling push

Insurwave has appointed Deepak Saigal as chief delivery officer (pictured, right). Saigal joins the company at a critical phase of growth, as it continues to scale its platform and sharpen its focus across distinct product lines.

Saigal brings more than 20 years of experience in the specialty insurance market. He has also played a role in delivering the platform foundations that enabled the creation and successful scaling of multiple MGAs across the UK and EEA.

Reporting directly to CEO Adrian Morgan, Saigal will be responsible for strengthening delivery execution across the business and ensuring Insurwave’s platforms continue to meet the evolving needs of insurers, brokers, MGAs, and global corporations in complex risk environments.
