Jensten Group's Coversure Network has set a record as it reported its highest gross written premium (GWP) in history, totalling £12.2 million for the month of March.
The brokerage notes that this highlights the growing impact and potential of the Coversure Network and its franchise partners, particularly noting the significant contributions from the new franchisees who have joined within the past 18 months.
The network comprises over 90 independently operated franchises under the Coversure brand. Jensten has touted the Coversure model as one that provides insurance professionals the chance to start and expand their own brokerages, backed by an established team and business framework.
The group also highlighted that the network continues to see robust organic growth among its current members and consistently attracts new talent.
Rob Palmer (pictured above), franchise director at Coversure, explained that the milestone is a testament to the businesses that its franchises are building.
“The Coversure Network provides an opportunity for experienced experts to launch and grow their own brokerage, and the fact that the recent results also include a record month for our new franchisee cohort is a good illustration of the strength of the model and the calibre of individuals joining the business to launch their own brokerages,” Palmer said.
Additionally, Rob Organ, MD of Jensten Retail, called the network integral to the group’s goal of furthering its reach.
“The Coversure franchise network remains an essential component in our efforts to expand our presence, and we are committed to its continued success. We are delighted to see our franchisees achieving such strong growth, which ultimately builds value for every franchisee in their own businesses. Just as our successful mergers and acquisitions have been, the Coversure franchise network remains an important part of our growth strategy,” he said.
