Insurance premium finance firm Premium Credit has a new chief financial officer.

Andrew Chapman (pictured), who joined the Surrey-based company in 2004, is now a member of Premium Credit’s board. Reporting to chief executive Tom Woolgrove, the FCCA status holder will lead the finance function with responsibility for financial & management accounting, financial planning & analysis, and treasury & investor relations.

“We are delighted to promote Andrew to the role of CFO,” commented Woolgrove. “Andrew’s depth of business knowledge, his business acumen, and his drive to better serve our clients and customers and to grow Premium Credit will serve him well in his new role.”

Chapman was originally part of the firm’s financial planning & analysis team, before moving up to head the treasury & investor relations unit in 2013. His achievements include serving as business lead on an award-winning Premium Credit asset-backed securitisation transaction.

Present not only in the UK but also in Ireland, Premium Credit supports more than 3,000 intermediaries and helps over 2.2 million customers.
