Jupiter Fund Management chief financial officer and executive director Charlotte Jones (pictured) is the latest addition to RSA Insurance Group’s board.

Effective April 01, 2018, Jones will serve as non-executive board director and become part of the group audit and board risk committees at RSA. The incoming director has a wide range of commercial, investment, finance, risk management, regulatory, and capital experience from the banking and asset management sectors. 

“I am delighted to welcome Charlotte to RSA’s board,” commented RSA chair Martin Scicluna. “She brings significant financial services and technical financial and accounting expertise which will complement well the existing expertise of the board.

A former partner in EY’s financial services practice, Jones also held senior finance roles at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.
