Ecclesiastical-owned SEIB Insurance Brokers has revealed this year’s finalists who stand to win a collective total of £100,000.
Based on votes by SEIB customers, one charity will win £50,000 while the remaining half will be divided into runner-up grants. Nominations came from the general public.
Making it through the final stage are The Animal Health Trust, Bransby Horses, James Hopkins Trust, Lindsey Lodge Hospice, Once Upon A Smile, Redwings, South Essex Wildlife Hospital, Welsh Pony Rescue and Rehoming Charitable Trust, Wildlife Aid Foundation, and World Horse Welfare.
The top 10 contenders have been required to provide detailed plans for their participating projects, which range from facilities renovation to equipment funding.
Last year the main prize went to the British Horse Society (pictured).
The 2019 SEIB Charity Awards Luncheon is taking place at the Grange City Hotel in London on March 22.
