Duncan Minty was an occasional contributor to Insurance Business as part of his association with the Managing General Agents’ Association. He was an independent ethics consultant, specialising in the insurance sector and worked with a range of insurers and brokers, helping them turn a commitment to ethics into practical improvements. He wrote the ethics courses used by the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Personal Finance Society. His final column with Insurance Business was in 2018.
