Leon leads Aon Inpoint in the UK, with a specific focus on Strategic Engagement with Insurance Carriers.
Leon’s Insurance career spans UK Retail, London Market Insurance and Reinsurance, and Emerging Technologies. He has held high profile roles at Lloyd’s of London, two of the Top 5 Global Insurance Brokers, and two market leading InsurTech businesses.
Outside of work, Leon is a respected, prominent speaker and writer on the topics of Diversity & Inclusion, career development and leadership. He acts as a reverse mentor to a leading British politician and several c-suite executives, in addition to various emerging talents across a range of industries.
Leon sits on the Boards of Inclusion@Lloyd’s and Race Action Through Leadership, the Advisory Boards for Mustard Consulting and the Global Equality Collective. He is Deputy Chair of Governors at Manorfield Primary School and, has been recognised by INvolve and Yahoo Finance as a Global Top 50 Ethnic Minority Future Leader.
Leon’s areas of interest include closing the Insurance Gap, I&D, Technology and Data Partnerships, Entrepreneurship, Education & Social Mobility. Leon is incredibly proud to have been appointed Executive Sponsor for Aon's recently launched Advancing Ethnic Minority Leaders Programme for 2024.
