A Melbourne-based life insurer has launched a new campaign that will enable its clients to “spend more on their health and wellbeing.”

AIA Australia’s “Take a break” campaign offers eligible members a policy-fee waiver for the first two years, saving them at least $82.53 annually. The premium relief is open to clients applying for a new business-priority protection (PP) or priority protection for platform investors (PPPI) policy by December 31.

“We are delighted to present the ‘Take a break’ campaign to clients that are looking to get more value out of their insurance policies,” said Pina Sciarrone, AIA Australia’s chief retail insurance officer. “Being a leading life insurer with PP/ PPPI life insurance policies, we believe the ‘Take a break’ offer provides a great head-start to eligible clients by reducing their upfront costs, allowing them to re-direct the money to where they need it most.”

In addition to the “Take a break” campaign, Sciarrone said clients “can save even more” by joining its health and wellbeing program, AIA Vitality.
