Australasia Underwriting (AUPL), a complex property and liability specialist, has welcomed Derek Harding to its underwriting leadership team.
Harding has decades of underwriting leadership experience in Lloyd’s and across three continents, AUPL said.
“Derek's appointment is another step in our mission to bring human-centered expertise into the marketplace,” said AUPL managing director Alan Mackay. “Harnessing expert underwriting, and giving our brokers immediate access to that, is a fundamental component of our proposition. In his new role at AUPL, Harding will lead technical underwriting to widen the product offering within the Lloyd’s Coverholder's existing property and general liability sectors.
