Previous winners of Insurance Business’s 5-Star Diversity, Equity & Inclusion crafted strong DE&I policies and became among the most diverse insurance companies in Australia and New Zealand.
Entries are open to companies that foster a workplace where employees feel respected, supported and valued.
The survey will be conducted in two phases. In the first phase, the organisation’s management and/or HR team will provide details of their DE&I programs. Participating companies will then receive an anonymous employee survey.
Companies can participate by completing this form. Employer entries close next Friday, February 9.
5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 2024 will be published on the Insurance Business website in June.
