The COVID-19 pandemic has forced companies and schools to go digital – inspiring mobile technology insurance specialist CPU Group to launch a digital asset register service for the corporate and education market.
CPU Group has released a comprehensive digital asset register for all its business and education customers. The new service, which was released via the company’s GENIE platform, allows mobile technology devices to record, locate, and manage inventory with enhanced security features.
The platform provides users with access to a nationwide network of manufacturer-approved mobile technology repairers that will be available for all devices, including pre-purchased uninsured devices. It also allows users to book, track repairs, and operate with minimal impact in the event of damage or a fault issue.
Greg Gregory, the managing director of CPU Group, commented: “In these uncertain times and the increased deployment of mobile technology, our GENIE platform can now help organisations manage and control their entire technology asset inventory, relieving some of the burden caused by COVID-19 and enabling them to focus on core business operations.”
